What a house is plumbed with is a durable fact about that address, which makes it exactly the sort of thing somebody might want to keep a file on. We keep none.

The summary

Nothing on these pages collects anything. A telephone call leaves a ZIP code, a description of what the plumbing is doing, and the number it was made from. No record of the house, its pipework or any previous call is kept.

PipeRenew is a referral service, not a contractor. We connect homeowners with independent contractors. Contractors are required to hold whatever credential their state or municipality demands, and replacing a water distribution system is a permitted alteration nearly everywhere — ask to see the permit. We carry out no work, we sell no materials, we do not set prices, and we never charge homeowners anything — the contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call. Nothing here is legal advice about any claim.

No register of what is in anybody’s walls

Pipe material does not change for decades, which makes it valuable to anybody assembling a list of properties to sell repiping to. It would be straightforward to build such a list from the calls this site receives.

We do not. There is no record here of what material is at any address, no note of who called about polybutylene, and no file on any property. Nothing you tell us becomes a durable fact about your house in our possession.

What a call records

A ZIP code and what has been happening, so the call can reach a contractor who covers your area. Your number arrives because you dialed, with the time and the length of the call.

We do not ask for your name and there is no form anywhere on this site to type one into.

Where that goes

To the contractor who answers, because a repipe cannot be scoped from a sentence and they need to hear it. That is the end of the distribution.

We do not sell contact details, we do not build lists, and we do not pass anything to anybody marketing anything else.

And nothing goes to anybody legal

We are not connected to any law firm, claims operation or settlement administrator, and nothing you tell us reaches one. If you mention the class action on a call it does not go anywhere.

The pages, and erasing the record

Every page here is a static file: no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking scripts, nothing recording which pages you read.

To have a call record removed, write to hello@nxtaflow.com with the number you called from. It is the only thing the record is filed under.

Photograph the printing on the pipe before you call.It names the material and often the year, and it is the single most useful thing you can have ready. We route to contractors who do this work in your area, picked on the ZIP code you give, and you are never charged. Repiping is just what we write about — any plumbing work at all can be routed.
